Suggestions: 2 x 1hr Meditation per day (after yoga, tai chi or other movement or breathwork exercises)
Suggestions: 1 Communication Circle per day (days 1 & 3 in AM,  days 2 & 4 in PM)
Mindful Walking Meditation (15 mins. before forest walk)
